Walter: I also tried to upload my documents however your website would not let me do so. I made them smaller than 1mb and also tried them one at a time. It always refused to allow them even though they are jpeg.

Leon: It can take 24-48hrs.
Leon: As for the FedEx package does it say by whom it was signed by?
Walter: Okay, so it will be reviewed no later than Tuesday? Apparently it went to the 3rd floor accidently and someone from SIA said they would check on it. I hate to have those documents floating out there. Rico or Rica was the name
